KP Karaoke & Dining

KP Karaoke & Dining is a fun place to go with friends or family if most of your friends and family members like to sing. Their karaoke rooms have a good selection of songs, or you can connect your phone with songs from the internet. The service is hit and miss. We can’t find any workers sometimes if we want to place drinks or food orders. But the drinks and food quality are okay. You will like this place if you enjoy singing!

The bar staff is friendly and accommodating. We went in with a large group at 4pm and totally swamped em, but they held their ground and kept up with the orders. As far as the food goes, I didn't try any so I won't speak on it. The variety of songs is less than decent, don't expect to find EVERY song. In fact I only found 1 song that I recognized. There were 2 books of songs, only one of them had working codes so that was frustrating. Would have liked more variety.

Poor service Lack of profressionalism Racial bias We are a black family. I reserved a kareoke booth for my daughter's 27th bday. Bartender mixed drinks incorrectly and had an attitude (literally threw the drink out) when asked to correct her mistake. Room was not ready. 30 min after our reservation the room is ready but tv isn't working. We were told to use our own devices, with limitations, but there would be no discount for the inconvenience and lack of usage. Noone was in the lounge area and after asking if it was ok, we decorated a table. Tho there was still noone else wanting the table, when our room was finally ready we were told we couldn't keep our decorations on the table so it'll b reserved when we returned. My husband commented on the inconsistency, poor conmunication, and lack of professionalism and was immediately asked to leave. They even called security! (6'4 black man must be dangerous i guess). At this point my daughter was so disheartened we all chose to leave and go to our neighborhood hole in the wall. Wasn't as nice but atmosphere was much more welcoming.
